Much thanks to RN Dorian for taking care of my mom a few nights ago. Mom has dementia and had a fall that gave her a large gash in her head. She also has a few shin tears that needed tending. Dealing with someone with dementia isn’t easy and Dorian was onderful. I hope this positive review will get back to him so he knows he is appreciated. Thank you for treating my mom with kindness and respect

A new kind of horrible. Two stars for the staff who are overworked and doing the best they can. Both times I have had the misfortune to take my elderly parent here, I have been unable to get ANY updated information when calling in to learn how he is doing. As of the time of this review, my dad has been in the ER since 9:30 this morning. It is now after 4PM and I am told they are \too busy\ to give me any update or information when I call in. I called in today at 1PM and was told they are too busy to give me an update and asked me to call back in half an hour. I just called back now (4:15PM) and was told the same thing. She asked me to call back in half an hour. All I want to know is how my dad is and are they keeping him or releasing him? KAISER IS TOO BUSY TO CARE ABOUT US!

The doctor was OK since he patiently answered my questions, but the examine area in which I was examined wasn't clean from the mess/blood from the previous patient (See the photo).
